Is Mail Yours approved by USPS?
No. Mail Yours is not affiliated with or endorsed by the United States Postal Service. The Kit is built on the published USPS rules for mail receiving agencies (DMM 508) and checked monthly for changes. Your store remains responsible for its own USPS compliance.
Does it replace my point-of-sale software?
No. The Kit handles your 1583s, IDs and compliance, and works right alongside the system you already use at the counter.
Where is my customers' information stored?
In the secure Mail Yours cloud. Each store signs in with its own email and password and can only see its own customers. Your records are never sold or shared, and you can download a full copy any time from Settings.
Can customers sign on a screen?
Yes, it's available as an option. Signing with pen on the printed form is the recommended default, and the Kit keeps the signed copy on file either way.
Can I use it on more than one computer?
Each Kit works on one computer. A second computer is $29 one-time.
What happens after the trial?
Keep your Kit for $25.99 a month or $189 a year. Your plan renews until you cancel. If you don't continue, the Kit turns off, and your records stay saved for 30 days in case you come back.
